In this walking route we take you to the places where Vincent van Gogh came to make his most famous Brabant work The Potato Eaters. You will also get all the information about this painting, about Vincent van Gogh and much more. Your guide once made a great exhibition about this particular painting and there is a lot of interesting things to tell about it. Vincent considered this work: "après tout the best thing I ever made". You will come to The Park, the place where his studio also once stood, the statue The Potato Eaters, via the Berg to the Mill, through to the place where "the potato eaters" lived in 1884, then the church in Gerwen, the cemetery of Sien de Groot, his favorite painter's model. And you will certainly enjoy this fun route and all the beautiful views along the way!
